Owner/Chef/Caterer Chichina Chishona Smith embarked on her career as a chef at a early age. She's always had a love for cooking and creating. RuLon's International Halal Catering is a new venture and insight on Halal Cuisine founded in 2007 at of her home. Chef Chichina started selling plates to the neighborhood. In 2015 she became certified and officially opened business to the rest of the world. Her take is quality Halal ingrediates with International Infusions.
